Product Engineer

■ Job Purpose 

To support our Project Management team by overseeing administrative tasks and coordinating activities, resources, and schedules throughout the planning, execution, and completion of projects. This includes communicating with stakeholders, ensuring resource availability for the project team, and supporting effective communication, resource management, and the timely delivery of project milestones. This role is critical in helping projects stay on track, within budget, and aligned with company’s goals.

■ Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Prepare pubic bids, negotiate terms with customer, and work closely with project management team in the development of the transformer sale.

• Management customer relationship as a project PIC, keep contact with the customers and engineers to discuss technical clarification or inspection while product in manufacturing.

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.

• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating as necessary.

• Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

• Track and report on project performance, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Support risk management and issue resolution processes.

• Ensure project tasks are executed in compliance with company standards and procedures.
