Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized counseling services by developing and implementing tailored therapeutic strategies for each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs of clients, ensuring an evidence-based approach to treatment.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care that addresses both psychological and physical health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain informed about the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client base includes individuals, couples, families, and groups seeking assistance with a variety of challenges including trauma, relationship issues, substance misuse, and mental health disorders. Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards within the counseling profession.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse may be beneficial and is highly preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth software and tools.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive compensation package with a salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, along with an added performance-based bonus structure. We also provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
