Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist

Schedule: Evening Shift; 1500-2330; 10 hours, 40 hours a week

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 8 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in physical therapy or a related field.
- One to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid California driver's license when travel is required.
- AHA BLS Certification required.
- Current California Physical Therapy license or eligible for registration.
- Experience with EPIC and Cerner is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or injuries to improve mobility and quality of life.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
