Job Summary: This role combines traditional reconciliation support responsibilities with a strong emphasis on data analytics, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage high-volume transaction data, support analytics initiatives, and help drive sustainable innovation. The position requires a combination of technical analytics capabilities and strong interpersonal skills to support the organization's analytics initiatives and innovation efforts.

Job Duties:

• Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy. Prepare datasets for analysis by performing tasks such as data merging, normalization, and transformation.
• Conduct basic data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making. Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI to create clear and insightful dashboards and reports.
• Support beginner to intermediate data science tasks, including data cleansing, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pre-authorizations, chargebacks, refunds, and settlement delays. Review settlement to ensure accurate and timely payment to CITGO's Marketer partners.
• Review and reconcile CITGO's Gift Card Program to ensure accurate financial postings.
• Maintain and document reconciliation procedures, data processes, workflows, and analytical models. Ensure that all documentation is up to date and accessible for team members. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist CITGO Marketers with Reporting and POS inquiries
