You'll work closely with Navy stakeholders, engineers, data scientists, logisticians, and financial analysts to identify mission challenges, define requirements, and develop scalable solutions that improve decision making.You will support the development of data architectures, operational workflows, analytics capabilities, and AI/ML-enabled solutions across a variable mission environment. The world can't wait.You Have:3+ years of experience supporting large-scale operational, technical, logistics, infrastructure, or government programsExperience gathering, analyzing, and translating business or mission requirements into technical solutionsExperience working with complex datasets to support operational planning, readiness, logistics, capacity management, or resource allocation decisionsExperience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver mission-critical capabilitiesExperience developing system requirements, business processes, workflows, operational concepts, or use casesExperience supporting enterprise-level planning, modernization, or digital transformation initiativesKnowledge of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management methodologiesAbility to communicate technical findings and recommendations to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or Computer ScienceNice If You Have:Experience with data analytics, AI/ML, business intelligence, or decision-support systemsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GovCloud environmentsExperience with capacity planning, infrastructure planning, operational readiness, supply chain management, or asset managementExperience defining requirements for data integration, APIs, enterprise systems, or digital modernization effortsExperience with Agile, Scrum, or modern systems engineering practicesTS/SCI clearanceMaster's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or a related fieldCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
