Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity
TactStaff EDU is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide leave of absence coverage for a high school-based position in Boulder, Colorado during the 2026-2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with adolescents and helping students develop the communication skills necessary for academic achievement, social success, and post-secondary readiness.

Position Details
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: High Schools in Boulder, CO
- Assignment Type: Leave of Absence (LOA) Coverage
- Start Date: August 4, 2026
- End Date: May 21, 2027
- Schedule: 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week)
- In-Person Only No virtual or hybrid options available
- Pay Rate: $55-$60 per hour (W2), based on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to high school students
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs
- Consult with teachers, families, counselors, and school staff to support student success
- Address communication needs including language, articulation, fluency, pragmatic language, executive functioning, and transition-related skills
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License or currently in the process of obtaining licensure
- Minimum of one year of classroom or school-based experience required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite in a high school setting
