Sales Manager

To drive growth in the mid-market segment, the full-time Sales Manager will lead a team focused on client acquisition and relationship management in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the mid-market client base Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Required qualifications Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment Strong understanding of mid-market sales processes and customer dynamics Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet objectives Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
