Join EY and help to build a better working world. **The opportunity** As a D365 Supply Chain Management Solution Architect you will focus on the evaluation, design, customization, deployment and optimization of solutions built on the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain platform. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client's digital vision and strategy to life. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions. You will be instrumental in understanding business requirements and defining the solution architecture that translates these requirements into effective, workable solutions. Your expertise will guide technical decisions to ensure they align with business outcomes, offering recommendations that propel the business forward. **Your key responsibilities** In this role, you will focus on the effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management. You will engage in continuous process improvement and the identification of innovative solutions. Your success will be driven by your proficiency in: + Working in project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project life cycle + Collaborating with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management market + Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Teaming with client technology professionals and third-party strategic alliances + Application and Tool Analysis + Cloud Computing Architecture + Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture + Complex Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking + Building and Managing Relationships + Communicating With Impact **To qualify for the role, you must have** + A bachelor's degree required (4-year degree) + Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience in solution architecture and/or ERP software solutions + 5 or more years of project experience in one of the following platforms: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, AX2012 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management + Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management + Proven experience in Application and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, and Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture + Strong capabilities in Data Architecture Design and Modelling, and familiarity with Design Methodologies & Tools + Knowledge of Emerging Technologies, IT Standards and Governance, and Platform Architecture + Expertise in Solution Architecture Design and Technical Feasibility Analysis + Ability to define, analyze, and map Technology Business Requirements, along with Technology Cost-Benefit Analysis + Skills in Building and Managing Relationships, Client Trust and Value, and Commercial Astuteness + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with impact + A track record of Complex Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Digital Fluency + Leadership qualities, including Driving Outcomes, Emotional Agility, and Leading Teams + Adaptability and Learning Agility, with experience in Managing Change and Negotiation and Influencing **Ideally, you'll also have** + Degree emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics desired; master's degree in one of these areas preferred + Microsoft Dynamics Certifications such as Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB330) + Proven ability to lead and manage teams + Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to build trust and value + A knack for identifying opportunities for additional services **What we look for** We are looking for individuals who are not only experts in their technical field but who also have the drive to lead, innovate, and collaborate to solve complex business challenges. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
