What You'll Do As a Concierge/Ticket Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients have seamless and enjoyable experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting guests with ticket purchases and providing detailed information about our services.
- Offering personalized recommendations to enhance their travel or entertainment plans.
- Handling inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a welcoming and organized workspace.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales-related position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Reliability and a proactive attitude to meet customer needs.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems or similar tools (preferred but not required).
