Requirements: Previous experience in a food runner/busser role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment. Strong attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of table setup and clearing are executed flawlessly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a composed and professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with guests and team members. Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
