Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Respiratory Unit experience.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: L&D experience required, as they will be primarily in L&D. NICU or PICU experience required. Must have Children’s Hospital experience within the last 3 years; open to travelers whose experience is at a Level 1 adult facility.

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA. NRP required for clinicians placed in L&D, as determined by the client.

Special Requests: Indiana residents are considered local. Local travelers are accepted for allied positions. IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities. Exceptions include: Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS

Unit Details: Neonate, infant, and pediatric patient population. Home unit of NICU, PICU, or Peds will be assigned once at the facility but can be changed based on facility need.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required.

Floating Requirements: PICU and some Peds Acute Care.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 3 years
