Senior Real Estate Paralegal

Consilio's ELS Direct Hire division is seeking a tenured Corporate Real Estate Paralegal on behalf of an AMLAW firm to be housed in Boston or Los Angeles. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in leasing and surveys and be able to work independently. 2 days onsite, 3 remote with no waiting period. Support real estate transactions by conducting comprehensive due diligence reviews and analyses. Order, review, and evaluate title commitments, surveys, and recorded documents to identify and resolve potential issues. Develop, maintain, and track transaction closing checklists to ensure timely and accurate completion of key milestones. Prepare transaction-related documents and coordinate their execution and delivery with opposing counsel, lenders, government agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders. Assist with the preparation and submission of tax-related applications, partnering with clients to obtain required supporting documentation. Draft and file petitions related to tax consolidations and divisions. Analyze and abstract commercial lease agreements, and prepare draft leases, amendments, and related leasing documents. Manage electronic data rooms and organize matter files to ensure efficient document management and accessibility. Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and external parties to facilitate smooth transaction execution and closing processes. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Preferred Education Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate Certificates Paralegal Certificate preferred Minimum Years of Experience 5 years of paralegal experience in Real Estate law ELS Consilio, LLC Direct Hire Division staffs' positions, for Consilio clients and does not staff for internal corporate positions at Consilio.
