Requirements

• Active RN License in the state of Tennessee or compact equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in an acute care or LTAC setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong documentation skills and experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Ability to perform comprehensive nursing assessments and initiate discharge planning
