Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF)
• Clinical Fellow applicants will receive district-provided supervision
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations in a school-based setting

Your Role:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic success
• Adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs, both in-person and in hybrid formats
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and federal standards
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
