Heart of House Supervisor

At 1933 Lounge + HC Tavern, our Kitchen Supervisors play an essential role in leading the Heart of House team and ensuring smooth, efficient kitchen operations. They work closely with the Heart of House team to maintain quality, consistency, and service standards while supporting a positive and productive team environment.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise associates daily activities; assign responsibilities and provide clear/concise instructions while offering suggestions for increased productivity
• Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to HACCP safety standards
• Meet or exceed Brand established food quality and plating specifications
• Investigate and resolve service and food quality complaints
• Inspect food and food preparation to maintain the highest quality standards while adhering to all sanitation regulations
• Lead the full Heart of House team, including training and development
• Place stock orders

Qualifications:

• Full-time Availability required
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a restaurant kitchen environment required
• Supervisory experience highly preferred
• High school diploma, preferred
• Food handlers permit, as required by law
• Brand Certification, as required by law
