Strong collaboration and support from the Department Chair and opportunities to participate in activities, including Grand Rounds, CME, and ongoing educationCompetitive salary, incentives and benefits packagesGenerous time off and CME policiesClinical Responsibilities:Outpatient urology clinicInpatient and outpatient surgical careDiagnosis and management of common urologic conditions, including:BPH and voiding dysfunctionKidney stone diseaseHematuria and urinary tract conditionsMen's & Women's health concernsMix of clinic, hospital, and OR responsibilitiesShared call coverage within the community urology teamTechnology & Ancillary Services:Modern, recently renovated clinic spaceAccess to outpatient surgery centers and hospital-based ORsDiagnostic and procedural resources to support comprehensive general urology careCandidate Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in UrologyInterest in community-based urology practiceCommitment to high-quality, patient-centered careStrong communication and collaboration skillsDesire to contribute to and grow a robust urology programThe base compensation range for this role is $467,680 - $662,086 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education.
