Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Clayton, NC

Setting: New Center-Based ABA Clinic; may initially include some in-home services as the center builds its client base

Population Served: Children ages 2–16

Years in Operation: Founded in 2025

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Lead the clinical development and day-to-day clinical operations of a new ABA center, helping build the program, processes, and team from the ground up.
• Initially maintain your own clinical caseload, including assessments, supervision, and treatment oversight, with the expectation that your caseload will gradually decrease as the center grows and additional BCBAs join the team.
• Own clinical quality and compliance across the center, ensuring services are ethical, clinically sound, and operationally sustainable.
• Develop, mentor, and support BCBAs and RBTs while helping create a strong clinical culture as the team expands.
• Build and improve clinical systems and processes as the organization grows — this is a hands-on leadership role for someone comfortable creating the playbook rather than simply inheriting one.
• Partner directly with ownership and operations to make thoughtful decisions around growth, staffing, clinical quality, and the overall success of the center.

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: 7-10 clients (This is a hands-on Clinical Director position. You’ll initially maintain a clinical caseload while the new center is being established, then progressively reduce your caseload as the center grows and additional BCBAs are hired.)

Billable hour expectations: 25-30 hours

Leadership Scope: This person will be responsible for helping run the clinical side of the center — including clinical quality, compliance, processes, team development, and day-to-day clinical leadership.

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $120,000–$140,000

PTO: 10–14 days

Health benefits: Currently not offered

CEU support: Conference attendance, ongoing clinical training, and CEU support

Supervision/mentorship provided: Direct collaboration with company ownership and clinical leadership, with significant autonomy to help shape the new center

Schedule flexibility / remote options:

• Primarily center-based as the clinic becomes established
• Some in-home work may be necessary during the first few months while the center builds.
