Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, with potential 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM option) | 36 Hours per Week | Weekend Rotations Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessment and triage of emergency room patients across a range of acuity levels
• Provide trauma management and advanced life support interventions
• Establish and maintain IV access and perform other clinical interventions as required
• Deliver skilled nursing care for patients presenting with various medical conditions in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Document patient care accurately using CERNER electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience required
• Active WV RN license or valid Compact RN license (pending license accepted at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• PALS certification through AHA required if applicable to unit assignment
• Proficiency in rapid assessment, triage, trauma management, IV access, and advanced life support
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
• Experience with CERNER charting platform
