About the Role:
TA Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral in Cullman, AL is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Server to join our team! In this role, you'll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our guests while guiding and supporting front-of-house staff. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor front-of-house serving staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner throughout the dining experience
• Monitor dining room flow and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Train new servers on service standards, procedures, and company policies
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, beverage stations, and buffet zones
• Assist management with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or food service experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, guest-first attitude
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
