This position is integral toassistingwiththe development and optimization of Burger King’s in-house pricing guidance modeland takes full responsibility for performing pricing analysis and providing pricing recommendations to1/3 ofBurger King’s franchise locations, in addition to ad-hoc analyses and projects. This position works cross-functionally with multiple departments to execute pricing strategy decision-making. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL . What You’ll Do: Collaborate on developing andenhancingthe pricing modelbyleveragingadvanced analytics and data-driven techniques to improve pricingstrategies. Focus on the day-to-day operational aspects of pricing guidance,from conductingintake callwith Franchisees tounderstandtheircurrent pricing strategies/needs to deployment of pricing recommendationsandmonitoringthe impact of price adjustment after each round. Maintain comprehensive documentation of the pricing modeland execution, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members and stakeholders. Analyzepricing data to provide insights into pricing trends, customerbehaviors, and competitive landscapes, contributing to informed pricing decisions. What You’ll Need To Succeed: Bachelor's degree in Business,Economics,OperationsManagement, ora relatedfield. 2+ years of experience in pricing execution, revenue management, or a comparable position. Strong analytical, and computer skills, including experience with database and spreadsheetprograms. Highly proficient with MS Office applications. Must be an advanced user in Excel with in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas, charting, and pivot tables (and associated formulas) Experience withSQL, Python, Alteryx Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer support. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
