Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc.
Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. seeks an Outreach Specialist for its Exeter, NH team to coordinate services and provide direct support, advocacy and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services and has a strong record of excellent communication.
