Job Overview Summary The Project Coordinator III plays a lead role in supporting complex security projects and serves as a key player in coordinating cross-functional project activities. This advanced-level role oversees complex tasks, monitors resources and budgets, and provides high-level project reports and insights to senior management. The Project Coordinator III ensures project alignment with business goals while mitigating risks effectively. What you’ll be doing (and doing well!): Support Lead in complex security projects, coordinating multiple teams and high-level tasks with minimal oversight. Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project execution. Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, providing recommendations to mitigate potential issues. Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients to maintain alignment on project goals. Generate detailed project reports for upper management, providing insights on project health and progress. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. What We Like About You A Sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, with demonstrated experience in complex security projects. Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and security standards. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. Pay Transparency Statement The base salary range for this role is $76,900 - $114,800. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
