Step into our fabrication floor and take ownership of a CNC laser workstation from setup to final inspection. You’ll review work orders and drawings at the start of the shift, dial in machine parameters to meet exact specs, and run parts with a sharp focus on accuracy, consistency, and safety. Throughout the day, you’ll monitor performance, fine-tune settings, and address minor issues before they impact quality or throughput. Before parts move on, you’ll verify dimensions and finish, and you’ll wrap up by keeping your area organized and compliant with safety standards—ready for the next run.

• Prepare and run CNC laser cutting equipment per job specifications, ensuring precise setups and efficient operation.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to guide each build.
• Track machine behavior during production and adjust parameters to maintain peak performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on the laser system.
• Validate finished components for accuracy and conformance to requirements.
• Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe work area aligned with all safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with teammates to achieve production targets and hit deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate in CNC operations is a plus.
• Hands-on experience operating CNC laser equipment or in a closely related role.
• Solid working knowledge of CNC machinery and laser cutting methods.
• Fluency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Keen attention to detail paired with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when production requires.
