Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC)

Teletherapist (Child, Family, Adult) Full‑time or Part‑time (minimum of 7 sessions per week). Teletherapy throughout Virginia and beyond. Job Summary The Teletherapist provides therapy via a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform in 45–60 minute sessions. Full‑time therapists average approximately 30 client sessions per week. Part‑time therapists may begin with a minimum of 7 sessions per week and work toward full‑time when feasible. Responsibilities and Duties Provide virtual therapy in 45–60 minute sessions. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. Document progress notes and submit to the EHR. Offer input on strategies, techniques, and services to support client outcomes. Participate actively in the MySpectrum team. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia. Licensure in additional states is a plus. Eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels. Experience working with diverse populations. Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate on company growth. Flexibility to commit to building a caseload and continuity. Reliable high‑speed internet and a secure HIPAA‑protected space for sessions.
