Journeyman Carpenter

Diamond West Construction, LLC. is a reputable and growing construction company specializing in residential/commercial/industrial projects throughout the Arizona. We're committed to high-quality work, safety, and a strong team culture. We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable Journeyman Carpenter to join our crew. The Journeyman Carpenter will be responsible for performing skilled labor in various aspects of construction, including but not limited to framing, drywall, finish work, concrete, and basic site preparation. This role requires a solid understanding of construction practices, the ability to work independently and with a team, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and effectively Assist with supervising apprentices and laborers as needed Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures at all times Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate with foremen, project managers, and other team members effectively Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or related trade Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus (will provide training if needed) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Working Conditions Work may be performed outdoors in all weather conditions Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for long periods Possible overtime and weekend work depending on project needs Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or travel stipend (if applicable) Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamond West Construction LLC
