Customer Support Northern Virginia Full time Posted 2 months ago Front-line patient and provider support — orders, status, and a high-quality service experience for a cash-pay pharmacy. Key Responsibilities Handle patient and provider inquiries by phone, email, and chat Assist with orders, status, refills, and account questions Coordinate with pharmacy and fulfillment teams to resolve issues Maintain accurate records in the order/CRM systems Uphold patient privacy (HIPAA) standards Requirements Minimum 1+ year of customer support experience required (healthcare/pharmacy preferred) Comfort with CRM/help-desk and order systems Working awareness of HIPAA requirements Preferred Pharmacy or healthcare experience Qualification: Comfort with CRM/help-desk and order systems Working awareness of HIPAA requirements Pharmacy or healthcare experience (Preferred) Department: Customer Support Experience: Minimum 1+ year of customer support experience required (healthcare/pharmacy preferred) Stay informed about new roles, company news, and career growth opportunities.
