Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse client needs, focusing on building a therapeutic alliance. \n
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans by assessing clients' needs, setting achievable goals, and adjusting interventions as necessary. \n
- Perform thorough assessments to diagnose mental health conditions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records. \n
- Maintain a consistent schedule for client appointments while ensuring timely follow-ups and support between sessions. \n
- Engage in regular supervision and attend continued education workshops, applying learned strategies to improve clinical practices. \n
- Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health professionals and community resources, creating a network of support for clients. \n
Our primary focus is on serving a diverse client base that includes individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges. You will work with clients who are dealing with co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy dynamics, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required. \n
- Possession of a valid North Carolina license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) is mandatory. \n
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients while maintaining professional boundaries is essential. \n
- A commitment to cultural competency and inclusion in mental health practices. \n

- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a mental health role is preferred, particularly working with clients experiencing co-occurring disorders. \n
- Experience in both individual and group therapy settings, as well as familiarity with substance abuse treatment methodologies, will be advantageous. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members. \n
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
