Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician

Employment: Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Blue Ridge, GA; Chatsworth, GA

Setting: Outpatient Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Patient Volume: Approximately 18-20 patients/day Start: Approximately 3 months

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and order diagnostic testing.
• Provide preventive care, vaccinations, and patient education.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with clinical staff in a team-based environment.
• Maintain timely documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in rotational telephone on-call approximately every 5-6 weeks.

Patient Population

• Family Medicine: Age 2+
• Internal Medicine: Age 15+

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• New graduates considered; prior experience preferred.

Additional Details

• Offices closed weekends; no weekend shifts.
• $100 stipend for each on-call week.
• Up to $3,000 relocation assistance may be available.
