The role involves dispute resolution (mediation, litigation, arbitration) and contract preparation, review and negotiation for clients that include contractors, design‑builders, subcontractors, owners, architects and engineers. Key Responsibilities Participate in mediation, litigation and arbitration of construction disputes. Prepare, review and negotiate construction contracts. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and prepare discovery responses. Assist in trial preparation and motion practice. Communicate effectively with clients and convey legal and strategic issues. Qualifications 1+ years of litigation experience. Construction law experience preferred. Experience with legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery and motion practice. Exposure to trial or arbitration preparation. Preferred: experience with construction contracts. Must hold a Missouri law license. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
