Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure, or eligibility to obtain required certification
• Experience working in school settings and/or with pediatric populations
• Familiarity or comfort with teletherapy technology and platforms
• Skilled in IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Collaborative approach with school staff, students, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver speech and language therapy services in-person and remotely
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight into students’ progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to address student needs
• Communicate progress and strategies to families, supporting carryover at home
