Job Description

The Ambulatory Care RN will primarily provide support in a clinic setting, assisting with in-basket management, scheduling, and patient education. This role requires a focus on individual patient interactions, ensuring effective communication and support for our patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education and support related to their care.
• Assist with in-basket management and scheduling for optimal patient flow.
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio, ensuring high-quality care and attention.
• Utilize the Epic charting system to document patient interactions and care provided.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an ambulatory or clinic setting.
• Valid RN license, with a compact license preferred.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
• Experience with Epic or similar charting systems is preferred.
