Top Pay: Earn up to $35.00/hour based on experience Shift Flexibility: Must be open to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts Weekly Pay: Direct deposit or pay card options available Award-Winning Culture: Recognized as an SIA Best Staffing Firm to Work For Teammate Commitment: NO temps here - you are a Teammate from day one What You'll Do Perform heavy maintenance (C-Checks) on regional jet aircraft Follow all environmental health and safety policies and procedures Complete assigned tasks safely and within required timeframes Inspect and repair aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations Interpret and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical documents Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, including complex repairs Conduct troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections Ensure all work meets company and regulatory quality standards Operate ground support equipment as required What We're Looking For FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience (preferred) MRO experience is a plus CRJ airframe experience is a plus Military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot / Phase / Isochronal) a plus Must have a basic set of tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computer-based maintenance systems Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to obtain a SIDA badge (if required) High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation (days, nights, weekends) Teammate Benefits (Available After Just 30 Days!)
