Schedule: Sunday Wednesday | 3:00 PM 1:30 AM

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

TOPS Staffing is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Glenshaw, PA to hire a Laser Machine Operator for an afternoon shift opportunity. In this position, you'll operate laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality components used in architectural and commercial products installed in public spaces nationwide. Job Responsibilities

• Operate laser cutting machines using pre-programmed jobs
• Load materials and monitor machine performance during production
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to drawings
• Verify material type, dimensions, and tolerances
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating laser cutting machines or similar manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic understanding of machine controls and production processes
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous manufacturing or machining experience
• Familiarity with CAD or design software
• Knowledge of materials used in laser cutting operations

Education: High school diploma or GED required
