Associate Manager, Video Thumbnail Optimization

Condé Nast seeks an Associate Manager, Design Optimization in New York to craft thumbnails, titles and templates for YouTube pilots and busy libraries of content. You will work with programming to ensure core appeal drives optimization and test hypotheses with data-driven iteration. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in media, and deep knowledge of the YouTube algorithm, analytics and CMS.
