Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU
• Monitor and manage patients on ventilators and other RT equipment
• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures
• Work collaboratively with pediatricians and healthcare team members
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care using the EPIC charting system

Requirements of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Active IL RN license or confirmation of application initiation
• At least 1 year of experience in Pediatric ICU
• BLS and PALS certifications (AHA)
• Commitment to a drug-free workplace with a negative drug screen required
