Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Arizona New Graduates Welcome – Sign-On & Relocation Assistance Up to $15,000 Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient team in Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced therapists and new graduates to provide patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment with strong opportunities for professional development. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions focused on pain management, mobility, and functional recovery. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy program. Current or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
