I'm originally from Louisiana, a proud LSU alum, and married with two kids and our Golden Retriever, Bogie. We're looking for an outgoing, motivated, and dependable Appointment Setter who enjoys talking with people and creating new opportunities. This is an outbound calling and appointment-setting position focused on connecting with prospects and existing customers, following up on previous inquiries, and scheduling conversations with our licensed insurance team. You'll help keep our sales pipeline moving by making calls, tracking appointments, and following through consistently.

No insurance experience required. We'll provide training, guidance, and support to help you succeed. If you're confident on the phone, motivated by goals, and don't get discouraged by hearing "no," this could be a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Outbound Calling: Contact prospects and customers using agency-approved calling lists.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule conversations with our licensed insurance team.
• Lead Follow-Up: Reconnect with people who previously requested insurance information.
• Customer Outreach: Help arrange insurance review appointments for existing customers.
• Pipeline Management: Track calls, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Communication: Take accurate notes and coordinate with licensed producers.
• Performance Goals: Meet established calling and appointment-setting expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable using computers and customer management systems.

• Previous appointment-setting, telemarketing, or customer service experience.
• Experience with outbound calling or lead follow-up.
• Insurance agency experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Performance Incentives

We focus on quality appointments, consistent follow-up, and meaningful customer conversations, not simply making as many calls as possible. Bonus eligibility and performance standards are subject to agency program requirements.
