Flag Pole Installation Helper
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to assist the owner of a flag pole installation company with residential and commercial installations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors and doesn't mind physical labor.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the owner with flag pole installations at various job sites
- Dig holes and prepare the ground for flag pole installation
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete/cement around flag poles
- Help load, unload, and transport tools and materials
- Assist with setting and securing flag poles
- Keep the job site clean and organized
- Follow instructions and work safely at all times
- Perform other general labor duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working outside in the heat and various weather conditions
- Must be able to perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
- Must be willing to learn and take direction
- Construction, landscaping, concrete, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
The right candidate is someone who is reliable, physically capable, willing to work hard, and comfortable working alongside the owner to get each installation completed correctly and efficiently.
