1. Analyzes, plans, develops, evaluates, and reports on a vast array of plans and contingency support operations through in-depth exercises to prepare all assigned host and associate organizations for HHQ inspections, and operations during natural disasters, major accidents, war and other emergencies.
2. Plans, develops, conducts, evaluates, and reports on inspections for a vast array of programs and organizations in support of base-wide operations.
3. Manages training and directs the activities of the Wing Inspection Team (WIT), consisting of personnel from host and tenant organizations and units.
4. Develops policies and provides technical and administrative instructions concerning program philosophy, objectives, policy interpretations, and internal operating procedures involving incident management, crisis action, and mobility operations.
