Structured mentorship and growth opportunities provided Professional Growth & Education Discounted CEUs through our Certified Education Division MedBridge subscription – unlimited CEUs Clinical and management career paths Position Purpose As a member of the therapy team, the Occupational Therapist is responsible for: Conducting thorough evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans Implementing effective, evidence-based therapy interventions Supervising and guiding Occupational Therapy Assistants Consulting with referral sources, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois under the Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act AOTA membership or eligibility preferred Ability to evaluate and treat a wide range of populations (neonates, pediatrics, young adults, adults, and geriatrics) Current CPR certification and other service line–specific competencies Job Responsibilities Perform client-centered evaluations and establish individualized OT treatment plans Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services Manage cases through evaluation, treatment, revision, and discharge Maintain professional documentation and communication Demonstrate Quality and Service Excellence Exhibit professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude Protect patient privacy and confidentiality Collaborate as a team player, contributing to problem-solving and quality improvement Strive to exceed patient and family expectations through responsiveness and attention to detail Equal Opportunity Employer Background check and drug screening required.
