Process Safety & EHS Engineer — On‑Site Leader

3M Brownwood, TX is seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Engineer to join a site-based EHS team. The role focuses on coordinating site compliance, applying PSM practices, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on control solutions. You will develop and deliver training, lead incident investigations, and help maintain EHS programs across the plant.
