Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

About the Role:

As an LPN at Carriage House Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing care to residents by performing a variety of treatments, administering medications, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants. You will also be involved in training new personnel and accurately recording resident behaviors in clinical records.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to residents by performing a variety of treatments
• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by the physician
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, making assignments and enforcing facility policies
• Assist in training new personnel
• Accurately record resident behaviors in clinical records
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff
