Hourly Wage The hourly rate will be $16–$29 per hour, and will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or tasks. Job Overview The main priority for Deli/Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers, engage with customers at the service counter, and move incoming merchandise to the sales floor.
