• Call Coverage: 4-8 in-house 24-hour call shifts per month
• Schedule Note: May work up to two consecutive 24-hour in-house call shifts
• Charting System: Epic
• Practice Setting: Clinic and hospital
• Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Virginia medical license required; willing to license candidates with a strong OBGYN background
• DEA registration required
• 2-3 years of experience required; 5+ years preferred
• Strong OB/GYN core skills with minor gynecologic surgical experience
• Experience managing residents preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• EFM, NRP, and PALS preferred
• Ability to work in a high-volume women's health and hospital practice environment

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN coverage for labor and delivery and unassigned hospital OB/GYN call
• Support a busy women's health practice averaging 70-75 deliveries and 20-25 non-obstetrical surgeries per month
• Manage residents as part of the clinical care team
• Deliver high-quality patient care across both clinic and hospital settings
• Perform core obstetric and gynecologic evaluations, procedures, and consults
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and midwifery staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Provide dependable in-house call support to meet the needs of a busy women's health service line
