The firm targets companies with $1–3M in EBITDA at 3–5x entry multiples and holds them for the long term with a focus on building and compounding value. Fund 1 is on track to be fully deployed across 7–8 portfolio companies, and the firm is actively building toward Fund 2 with plans to execute roll-up strategies within existing verticals.The Investment Associate is the primary deal execution resource in the firm and will own the full acquisition lifecycle from initial financial screening through closing. Responsibilities include building financial models and writing IC memos, managing due diligence workstreams, coordinating with legal counsel, lenders, and quality of earnings providers, and communicating directly with sellers and brokers. The expectation is to close five acquisitions in the first 12 months.This is not a traditional analyst program seat — the role operates in a distributed 5-person partnership where Associates generate their own priorities, move deals forward without being prompted, and communicate proactively. The firm uses AI as a core part of its workflow and runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
