Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for carpentry, painting, event set up and take downs, miscellaneous work ensuring all building property is properly maintained; furniture moving, arrangement, placement of equipment, etc.; carrying out frequent checks of all areas, reporting any faults using the correct procedure; ensuring the safe, correct and economical use of equipment and cleaning materials. Performing other maintenance duties, as needed.Pay: $25 per hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.ResponsibilitiesBuilding repair as it pertains to assigned buildings.Event setup and tear downPerform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.Respond effectively to all emergencies.Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work, and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping, safety of work areas and company vehicle.
