Cardiac Surgery Advanced Practice Provider / Nocturnist Palm Health Resources is hiring experienced Cardiac Surgery Advanced Practice Providers for Nocturnist positions in beautiful South Dakota. Location: Northern Black Hills of South Dakota, surrounded by awe‑inspiring nature and wildlife. Role Overview: Cover overnight shifts on the inpatient cardiovascular surgery service with two experienced cardiothoracic and vascular trained surgeons. Under physician supervision, the PA and/or NP may assume primary responsibility in their respective specialty area according to federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Responsibilities include management of selected at‑risk or complex patients and aggregate patient populations in collaboration with physicians, nurses and other healthcare team members. Must demonstrate knowledge, critical thinking and skills to plan, coordinate and provide care on a continuing basis.
