Position: Electrical Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Lansdale, PA
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 an hour

We're actively seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Lansdale. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a variety of industrial equipment while utilizing your mechanical and electrical expertise in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Job Description:

In this role, you'll play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and improving industrial machinery that keeps production moving. From troubleshooting electrical systems and PLC-controlled equipment to performing mechanical repairs and fabricating replacement parts, you'll tackle a wide variety of challenges each day while helping ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, align, dismantle, and relocate machinery and production equipment
• Ensure electrical components are properly connected and functioning
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and repair or replace defective components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and PLC-controlled equipment
• Operate machine shop equipment including lathes, mills, and grinders to fabricate or modify parts
• Perform mechanical assembly, alignment, and equipment installation
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following company safety procedures

Shift/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
  6:00am - 3:30pm

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical school training or apprenticeship preferred
• Additional coursework in electrical systems is a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic, millwright, or industrial maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
• Ability to read electrical prints, blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift over 60 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Ability to work in confined spaces when necessary
