Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for Peds/Adult to join our team. The position requires providing quality respiratory care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment. The therapist will be responsible for performing various respiratory therapies and procedures in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU), and Adult Intensive Care Units (ICU).

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care and therapies to all patients including those in NICU, PICU, and Adult ICU.
• Utilize various respiratory equipment and devices, including Draeger and Servo ventilators.
• Perform assessments and monitor patient progress in accordance with treatment plans.
• Provide emergency respiratory interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Level 3 or 4 NICU or PICU experience.
• Required certifications: BLS, CRT; Preferred certifications: ACLS, NRP, PALS, RRT.
• Strong preference for candidates with trauma experience and familiarity with ventilators and respiratory care procedures.
• Must possess a valid state license.
