Desktop Support Technician

Description


• Deliver, replace, and upgrade asset(s) including Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices. (laptops and iPhones) • Complete new device provisioning both in person and remotely in classroom setting • Manage signing into all endpoints and iOS devices and completing device enrollment processes. • Ensure teams can connect to WiFi. • Configure Azure MFA during enrollment process. • Ensure team can sign into single sign on (SSO) applications. • Confirm M365 suite of product usage on endpoints and iOS devices. • Set up MS Outlook signature(s) on endpoints and iOS devices. • Ensure iOS device contacts, photos, and files are backed up via OneDrive on old iOS device and synced to new iOS device. • Ensure that all the applications, configuration settings, and peripherals that the team member needs are installed and working properly. • Provide feedback to the project manager / leadership for escalations • Removal, tagging, documenting, and processing of endpoints and iOS devices that are collected from the team

This is a Contract position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
